This post has few images because I haven’t used eMule for a long time, and there’s no need to use it anymore. The eD2K network (eDonkey network) is built on a distributed service network centered around individual central servers. When I was still using the eDonkey network to get various Windows system images for assembling virtual machines to test software compatibility, the eDonkey network was already rife with phishing sites, fake sites, and full of erroneous piece information (in the 6 or 7 years ago, eMule could still be barely used relying on its self-developed Kademlia, but Kad had become extremely unstable 3 or 4 years ago; BitTorrent has been mainstream up to now).
msdnitellyou, this website hosts eDonkey links for almost every Windows version imaginable, but the site owner does not provide a central download server; nowadays, the only thing left on this website are dead links.
(If you really need to find a usable Windows image for testing compatibility on VBox, winworldpc.com provides them.)
At that time, by creating virtual drive files to load and testing a batch of programs’ oldest available versions, I created virtual machines with tens of gigabytes of data. (By the way, the oldest version of the NSIS installer I shared can be installed on all systems from Windows NT 4.0 and above, which means that installers made with NSIS can almost be mindlessly given to anyone to install; at least the installer won’t go wrong.)

Encounter at Dusk
Around 2020, due to well-known reasons, everyone found it difficult to travel far. At this time, staying at home, I planned to test the compatibility of all the software I used. (To be continued)
